It is a system made up of two air chambers, one positive and the other negative, whose pressure can be set independently.
The positive air chamber allows adjusting the pression in a way to make the suspension go harder or softer along its travel.
The negative air chamber allows adjusting how sensitive the suspension gets while going over a bump on the terrain. This air chamber starts working upon being compressed, and according to its settings it makes for a harder or softer suspension at the beginning of the travel.
In addition to its original factory settings, the Dual-Air system allows the use of air chamber reducers as an adjustment option to change compression behavior and increase the force necessary to reach the suspension’s end of travel.
Technology applied to suspension forks: Onix
It is a system made up of two air chambers, one positive and the other negative, which have been specifically dimensioned to improve the way the suspension works.
This system is an improvement on the Dual Air system, and it has been created to enhance the rider’s performance in the cross country (XCO) and marathon (XCM) disciplines.
In addition to its original factory settings, the Dual-Air system allows the use of air chamber reducers as an adjustment option to change compression behavior and increase the force necessary to reach the suspension’s end of travel.
Technology applied to suspension forks: Onix Dark
It is a system with a positive air chamber and a coil negative spring, which provides the rider with comfort and good performance while allowing easy adjustment.
V-air consists of a smaller positive air chamber to make for a more responsive suspension, as well as enhanced rider’s performance.
In addition to its original factory settings, the V-air system allows the use of air chamber reducers as an adjustment option to change compression behavior and increase the force necessary to reach the suspension’s end of travel.
Technology applied to suspension forks: Ultra XC , Ultra TR and Viber
This is a hydraulic dampening system equipped with a durable remote lockout system.
It was designed to improve oil flow and reduce fluid pressure on the valves while the suspension is working.
It features a remote lockout system, rebound adjustment, and compression adjustment. Its main advantage is its performance and the durability of its lockout system despite harsh environmental conditions such as mud, rain, sand etc.
Technology applied to suspension forks: Ultra XC, Onix, and Onix Dark
Hydraulic damping system with automatic lockout.
The SVI concept was developed to optimize pedaling energy and favor the rider’s performance, promoting stability and damping without the worry of locking and unlocking the suspension while riding.
Once the pre-adjustment has been carried out, the rider does not need to take any further action: the system remains firm and when it passes an obstacle, the system open and magic happens.
This system consists of a balance valve that keeps the suspension stable (firm) on regular terrain, but dampens impacts on uneven terrain, providing effective damping.
Technology applied to suspension forks: Viber
Design inspired by the medieval tool batterring ram that was used to burst open gates and tear down walls.
This inspiration generated the Aríete concept, whose main characteristics are: high stiffness against torsion/bending, high-strength and high durability of the internal components.
The design remains faithful to ProShock’s essence of being a striking, robust and lightweight suspension fork. With a 15×110 mm thru axle, popularly known as Boost, this is a line of high-performance suspensions.
Technology applied to suspension forks: Ultra XC, Onix, Onix Dark, and Viber
Bold and robust design of the suspension fork structure inspired by the shape of a spider.
This inspiration resulted in low weight structural components, with high strength and greater stiffness against torsion/bending. The Spider concept was developed to meet different rider’s profiles and has the options of a 9×100 mm axle and a 15×100 mm thru axle.
Technology applied to suspension forks: Ultra XC, Ultra TR , Onix, Onix Dark, and Viber
Internal lubrication system that keeps the bearings (bushings) lubricated for a longer time.
This system consists of an aerated sponge bathed in oil that, during suspension operation, maintains efficient and constant lubrication in the contact region between the upper tubes and the bearings.
Technology applied to all ProShock suspension forks.
